Agreement
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Your HR Guru mobile application and website (the “Services”). By using the Services, you agree to these Terms.
Who may use
You must be 18 or older to use the Services.
Not legal advice
The Services provide general information and calculators about federal and state leave programs and related HR topics. We do not provide legal advice, do not form an attorney‑client relationship, and do not guarantee outcomes. Always verify requirements with the applicable state agency or requesting entity and consult a qualified attorney for legal questions.
Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login and for activities under your account.
Purchases & refunds
Digital features (Pro tiers): In‑app purchases are processed by Apple or Google under their terms and refund policies. Purchases grant a single‑decision entitlement with a question cap (as displayed in‑app). No subscriptions.
Consulting services: If you book a consultation, payments are processed by Stripe via Cal.com and are subject to the policies shown on the booking page.
We do not store payment card details.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the Services (e.g., reverse engineer, interfere with security, scrape, use to provide legal advice, or submit unlawful content). We may suspend or terminate access for violations.
Intellectual property
The Services, including content, text, graphics, and software, are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by law. We grant you a limited, non‑exclusive, non‑transferable license to use the Services for personal or internal business purposes.
Disclaimers
The Services are provided “as is” and “as available.” We disclaim all warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages. Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Services will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim or $100, whichever is greater.
Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims arising out of your use of the Services or violation of these Terms.
Governing law

Changes
